ck44r Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the ck44r Gaming Platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the ck44r website, app, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the ck44r platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account and use services on the ck44r platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are using this platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will not hold multiple accounts — only one account per person is permitted.
• You will not operate an account on behalf of someone else or through a proxy.

Account Security

Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. No third party may be given access to your account. Any breach of account security must be reported to ck44r support immediately. ck44r will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised use.

2. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The most widely used mobile payment methods in Bangladesh are available for transactions on the ck44r platform.

Accepted Payment Methods

ck44r currently supports deposits and withdrawals through three methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Verification

ck44r reserves the right to verify identity at the time of a withdrawal request to ensure security. Additional documentation may be requested under anti-money laundering policies.

3. Bonus & Promotion Terms

ck44r offers various types of bonuses and promotions. While each offer carries its own specific terms, the general rules below apply at all times.

Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳10,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, for a total of ৳18,000.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Bonus Policy

• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Requesting a withdrawal before meeting bonus conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• ck44r reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If fraudulent activity is established, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

To maintain a fair environment on the ck44r platform, certain conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering an account using false information.
• Using automated software, bots, or any kind of hacking tools.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.

Account Suspension or Termination

If any of the above rules are violated, ck44r reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, bonus balances may be forfeited, and the return of the original deposit will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

5. Fair Play & Security

ck44r is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming experience.

Random Number Generator (RNG)

All game outcomes are determined by independent random number generators, verified by game providers. ck44r does not manipulate the outcome of any game.

All content on the ck44r platform — including logos, text, graphics, designs, software, and game interfaces — is protected as the intellectual property of ck44r or the relevant game providers. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

ck44r is an entertainment platform. Members participate in gaming activities of their own accord. ck44r accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Games interrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• Account security breaches caused by the member's own negligence.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment services.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues.
• Financial losses arising from gaming activity.

ck44r ensures fair play and SSL encryption, but does not claim complete immunity from liability for technical errors.

11. Service Changes & Termination

ck44r reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of its services at any time and for any reason. Members will be notified as far in advance as reasonably possible for significant changes.

Members may request to close their account at any time. It is the member's own responsibility to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

12. Changes to Terms

ck44r reserves the right to amend these Terms as needed. Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published means acceptance of the new Terms. Members will be notified of significant changes via the email registered to their account or through a notification.
